Adding beads
When you come to a stitch that is to be beaded, drop the yarn over off that stitch. The bead is then added using a fine crochet hook. Then replace the yarn over on the stitch and brioche knit it, as usual.
Binding off
Bind off on the RS using MC as follows:
1. k2tog
2. Cast on 8 sts using either the knitted or cable cast on method.
3. Place a bead on the first stitch on your LN, then knit that stitch.
4. Knit 2, pass the right hand stitch on the RN over the left hand stitch; repeat this step nine times.
5. Knit the next stitch, k2tog tbl; repeat this step three times.
6. Pass the st on the RN to the LN.
7. Repeat from step 2 until 2 sts remain on the LN.
8. Work steps 2-4.
9. Pass the st on the RN to the LN .
10. Knit the last two sts together.
11. Break MC and draw end through the final st.
