Congratulations and well done on completing your first brioche project!
Now, what’s next? You now know the brioche knit and brioche purl stitches, as well as brioche increases and decreases. This means that you are now equipped to knit the majority of brioche patterns out there. So, go forth and cast on!
There are many beautiful brioche designs from a wide range of designers. Of course I am biased but I might particularly recommend my Wavelength scarf, Evanescence shawl, Branches and Leaves shawl or Joyous shawl as being suitable for beginner briochers. However I have had beginners successfully complete many of my more complicated patterns, indeed I find that it is more important that you choose a pattern that you love, so that you are motivated to work on it, rather that choosing something you don’t like so much simply because it looks easier.
